Just for grins (working with the 3D printer today) I generated a bottom plate stl for a couple eccentric gears and imported it into slic3r. There weren't any shaft holes - I was expecting there to be 2 8mm holes. I also checked it with the Repetier-Host viewer.
Slic3r also complained about 4 degenerate facets, but I didn't try netfabb to see what or where they were.
No big deal, I should be installing the new table in the laser anyway.
