Hi Roger:

  Yes, the 4th axis in Gearotic is algorithmic in nature, it takes advantage of tangental
relationships to cut, but non circular gears cannot be done that way, their involution causes
unreachable tangents and so, in 4th axis, you cannot use non circular gears...

Hi,

first i have to say that I'm very very happy user of Gearotic Motion! So glad that I found it.

Testing to create a tool path with the 4th-axis module.

Sending a circular gears to the 4th-axis module works as expected. The gear shows up and I can create a tool path.

But when I try to send a Non-Circular gear to the 4th-axis module nothing happens. The gear does not show up.

Any idea about the reason for this?
