Hi:

Prior to generating the GCode, just grab the gear by clicking it and dragging it so its corner is at 0,0, or as I do put the center of the gear at 0,0. You can drag it to any origin..

CNC output placement

by FAST Enterprise [Crawler] » Tue Jun 27, 2017 2:07 pm

I'm trying to make a simple gear, but when I generate g-code thru the CNC output tab, it gets placed at a position that I don't like. I'd rather it was centered at 0,0 (as it is in the project screen) so that other operations that I want to do to it are easier to calculate.

How do I get the output to be at a particular location (especially 0,0).

Thanks.
