Please contact me off line at support@gearotic.com, be happy to resolve this issue for you. Make sure the license you received via email has been unzipped prior to using it, often the area where problem occurs the most.

  Bob will resend you a license, it probably just didnt get installed, without trying output you might never notice. :)

I tried to export a file and got an error message that I did not have a license.  I don't remember ever getting one and there is not one in my mailbox.  I am a paid up member.
Any help will be appreciated
