This version has one output shaft with one set of wings bolted to the shaft. The outer set of wings sits on the same shaft on bearings, free to turn and not powered. It moves somewhat randomly with the other.
It has been a bit tricky to keep it running reliably. Perfect balance on the outer "slave wings" seems to be paramount.
I'm going to build another and tighten up the tolerances some, and then I'll consider doing a twin version with counter-rotating

independent shafts. This should keep things random and interesting.
