Hi Guys;
Like Jim's example above I usually check and generate new licenses daily, every 4-8 hours. On occasion I've experienced some license delivery problems, turns out item was sent but recipients mail server may filter these attachments and direct them to a Bulk/Spam/Junk/delete folder within your mail setup without any indication of trouble on my side.If you bought a license and haven't received it after 8hrs, please check these area's first then look for any active filters in your mail account settings. If you still have an issue, please send me email at support@gearotic.com.
