Thanks for the reply. This explains it as I was trying to transfer a lantern gear. not that I can't live without it, but just curious - is it on your list?

Hi Dan:

  It will grey out if that type of gear is not yet allowed to be back propagated, OR if more
than one gear is selected. What kind of gear are you trying to transfer?
