Art;

Any way you can have the user select a time for his screen tips to display to occur? While they work perfect on some systems and not so well on others, maybe a slider to adjust a window of time would be a good idea?

Hi Art
Not really a bug but the screen tips that appear on opening disappear much too fast for me to read.  They stay on my screen for about 2 seconds then go off.
