Hi Mariano:

  Version 2 has no setting for "Line Distance" i its options, the old version did, set it to a smaller number.. like .0001 and your teeth
will probably get fixed. In version 2 I rmoved that setting as many people had trouble with it. (Version 2.0 is a free upgrade so your
probably better off just upgrading. :)

I have a slightly different  detail in the tooth profile, however my software is not the version 2
I will try to post a pic tomorrow

when I draw a 45 tooth 20 dp gear one flank of the teeth does not seem to be right and appears different than the other flank
please help
