No problem Dan, Ive added it to my list, I think your right, it does help understand it. It was removed too quickly as I plan to have that sort of thing done in the CAD module when its done. The CAD module is slated to help analyse objects as well as create them. Unfortunately, its likely a year or so away.

Hi Art; You are too kind. You did not misunderstand I was not clear in my question.Turning on the circle feature is not mandatory but it does help in understanding what the various terms mean.
It would be nice when you can get to it

Ahh, sorry, I did misunderstand.

  You used to be able to turn on root circles, pitch circles and external radius circles, but G2 doesnt have that ability.
Now if this IS something people wat, I can turn that ability on.. Ill add it to my list for a future version, if more chime
in they want it too, Ill bump its priority.

Hi Art. I can see from the answers I got  that I did not state my case clearly or correctly.
I would like to be able to display the various rings on the gear drawing in the tools window. I saw it done on a tutorial.  The problem is it was done so quick that I couldn't discern how it was done.

Hi Guys:

  The numbers should appear on the project screen for any gear you select on the tree, and on the design screens
at all times. There is a bug on the pulley and sprocket screens at the moment, it iwll be fixed on next update.
Ill check to see what else may affect it..

Hi Dan,
I can toggle back and forth with the buttons below.  the Circular Gear Module is the one that toggles but for me not entirely predictable so click back and forth and the data should appear.

Hi Dan,
I get a ton of information on the tools screen - so its just a matter of finding it. Mine's automatic.

On My old version I could display the various dia. such as Root, pitch and outside dia. I can not find how to display the items in the new Gearotic motion. Are they no longer available or are they just well hidden?
