  You can get smoother, but you cant get more accurate. Bezier approximations are just that , approximations,... you actually lose resolution
with beziers. BUT, I do know what you mean, several have requested a smoothing option and I hope to have one added soon. Im not sure as yet exactly what form it will take, Im not familiar with Illistrator output formats, but ill list it for investigation..

Illustrator export

Hi! Would it be possible to get an Illustrator export option for 2D exports? Usually an illustrator file has a much better resolution than a DXF, since you can actually define curves between points, but I'm not sure that is actually something internally happening on your software or all is straight lines between points?
