Or find a nice short drill with large taper and turn the taper down into an R8

Perfectly useful. You leave it by the machine for whacking visitors who don't keep their fingers in their pockets.

Mine has 10 teeth with a 5.2mm dia, 3d printed using PLA

lol.. ok, ok....

  Those two are so close we need measurments to judge that. Thye look nearly identical in diameter..
so Id suggest the higher tooth count wins.. that means it has thinner teeth.

  ( What a great world when you get to the point we can actually make such things at all..)

lol.. yes, big fingers could make it look very small. :)

  But Id say "in a working clock" trumps the bevel requirement, you still win. :)
