Wood Gearblank
This is a FREE Windows program I wrote to create G code file to mill PIE shaped wood segments.
The segments are then glued up into any size gear blank. The G code from your program then is used to mill the finished gear.
Here is Alpha version 0.13. Everything I have tested is working for wooden gear blanks.
The .ZIP has a readme.txt that gives a discription of it's operation and input fields.
Just unzip it anywhere and click on the Gearblank.exe. Or put it on your desktop.
This program does not connect to the internet or mess with anything in your system.
