Hi:

Gearotic will not at this point put out M10/M11 for rapids, Auggie doesnt require them as it controls the laser automatically.
I will add M10/11 as a requested development item..

Laser Application Notes - CNC Mill - Mach-3 - Smoothstepper

A few months ago, I added a low cost 3.5W Laser on my CNC Mill.

The enclosed link is application note showing the simple circuit, the Mach 3 settings, the M10, M11 commands to turn off the Laser during rapid moves.
PWM is also used to reduce the laser power during acceleration limits to avoid burning corners.

Finally, I built an enclosure.

I am new to Gearotic and gear making. I am currently studying the CNC Tool and at first glance it does not appear to support M10, M11 commands.

Enjoy the application note and do not hesitate to ask me any questions.
