I need sprockets for T8F chains, such as used with Chinese BLDC Motors.
Is there a possibility to implement this standard?
I tried to adapt a sprocket #40 by scaling the output design but I'm not very confident that this will work properly...

No, I did not try annealing the gears. Maybe you are right and they will become more stable. I?ll try.
But mainly its an issue of acrylics. For durable gears I shall need Delrin and perhaps a lens with longer focus (70mm or more) in order to getting a straight beam throughout the whole sheet.

I just tried to make a double wheel in one piece.
Its a Gear for a small model train. The small gear wheel part is Module 0.4, the larger part Module 0.3.
