Snap Placement

A nice feature would be the ability to snap place pallets when adding recoil or Graham escapements to the project screen, say at 15 degree increments and also 22.5 degree increments.  The same for gears and gear train placements (not just 90 degree snaps).  Better yet, MarkG's suggestion of adding a dialog box where the user could specify the angle.

As of next update the snaps will work in 22.5 degree increments. I will look at adding a box as well for modification..
