Can't install

I'm running windows 10 x64 when I try to install I get a dialog box over the splash screen with a red circle with an x in it. that's it. I click on it and every thing closes. Help

Sorry to hear of the troubles, can I ask you to download the software again, sounds like file may have gotten corrupt during transfer. Also make sure you install it as administrator, that is click once over the install file, right click and set as administrator before you install. Please let me know if this worked for you.

I downloaded it again and ran it as administrator (I did this before as well) and this time it worked, thanks
