license

I tried to export a file and got an error message that I did not have a license.  I don't remember ever getting one and there is not one in my mailbox.  I am a paid up member.
Any help will be appreciated

  Bob will resend you a license, it probably just didnt get installed, without trying output you might never notice.

Please contact me off line at support@gearotic.com, be happy to resolve this issue for you. Make sure the license you received via email has been unzipped prior to using it, often the area where problem occurs the most.
