My first gears made on plastic.

Post by Juan Rodriguez »

Hello.
This is My fisrts gears made on plastic using a home made cnc router under Mach3 control.
wheel = 24 teeth, pinion =13 teeth module 2, end mill 1.5 mm
Gearotic works fine. I am very happy.

Thanks to Art and Bob - for the wonderful program.

Looks perfect Juan, excellent job, even more impressive since it was made on a hand built CNC machine.

Khalid:

Funny story..someone asked me how long it took to build my ticker. Told them
2 years to write Gearotic Thoughts to design it, 10 years to write Mach3 to cut it,
and 2 days to actually build it. Ill bet mine took longer than most will take . :-)
