Art, is that from your resin printer? Bblinds, what layer thickness and size nozzle are you using?
Some time back there was a bit of a competition on another forum to see who could print the smallest tree frog. While I never got anywhere close, there were some 2mm ones printed with a 0.1mm nozzle. I think that small gear must be pretty close to that, if not smaller.

But Id say "in a working clock" trumps the bevel requirement, you still win.
