One other thing. The software says it would take 31 lbs of abrasives to cut that sprocket.

Over the Christmas vacation I visited a
Makerspace in Baltimore where CEO girl knows the owner. They had a nice waterjet for their members, right by the 4x8 CNC router and plasma cutter. Heck, it's only a 24 hour (or so) drive from Mooselake. Might be worth it since they had a pancakebot in the break room. Better yet, with the current 16F and 50mph, maybe it should be a one way trip.
