Hi can you please tell me if its possible to design and simulate rack and pinion in Gearotic?

Yes you can design racks in GeraoticII, you'll find the check box in our Non Circular gear module, click it to start your design. A YouTube video does exist, I suggest you have a look for how to use if needed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDBfXL5RF9M
