Here is another couple of tiny little gears that are just about on the limit of how small you can go with 3d printing.

Art, is that from your resin printer? Bblinds, what layer thickness and size nozzle are you using?
Some time back there was a bit of a competition on another forum to see who could print the
smallest tree frog. While I never got anywhere close, there were some 2mm ones printed with a 0.1mm nozzle. I think that small gear must be pretty close to that, if not smaller.

Not a clue to the sizes I just print in "standard" quality using a Ultimaker 2 and Cura

.2 nozzle on my Up for mine... looks better here than in the photo.. looks like it would run
but I never printed its mate..

-not- that small, but John's fingers are rather heavy ...

lol.. yes, big fingers could make it look very small.
But Id say "in a working clock" trumps the bevel requirement, you still win.
