This has been happening for awhile and continues with the latest version. Header says Ver. 2.0 but it is the latest as of 03/11/17. No "Help" or "About" selections to see actual version number. Opening screen "Properties" box is mostly blank until I move the mouse over the screen and then the control boxes appear if the mouse moves over the place where they should be. Picture shows how opening screen appears before moving the mouse around the "Properties" box.
