3D DXF output
Havng somes issues with 3D DXF output for herringbone gears. The contours add an extra 2 lines & breaks (see picture) where the lines hit the contour the root length is different to all the other root lengths, the break adds an extra 0.03 in my case.

Hi Nic;
The image doesn't come in for some reason. I cant say Ive ever found the 3d DXF's too useful. The 2d DXF of a herringbone is the correct profile for the teeth. I just checked the 3d and I do see where its screwing up and connecting to shaft for some reason. I will look into fixing that up.

Hi Nic:
Nice job on the build, you rarely see herringbone gears in operation.
Looks like I'm stepping one point to far and tripping into the herringbone exit.
On my list for repair..
