Meshing Problem on Project Screen

Hi Art,
If I create a non-circular gear with a large mod. clef.  0.9 it creates nicely on the tools screen but does not mesh when put onto the project screen.

Since its nice on the tools screen but not on the project screen I'm assuming I've exceeded something in the program.
