I have set the default value of FeedOverRide to 100 for future users so it wont
halt mysteriously on g1's in future. :)

it cuts to the end of the cut it just does not go back to Zero, rewind and turn off spindle. I am going to be finishing the wiring and tiding thing's up.

I will do a cut vid next week, I still have to do the circuit for 3.3 to 5 that GlennD did. I might machine that out if I can work out how to do that in fusion, I will have to start on the pp for that.

Just to close this thread, the G540 is found to work fine with Auggie, any problems turned out
to be software issues with slower computers. The Network Delay option in setup being set to 0
on slow systems fixes this problem, the G540 itself is not and was not an issue. If one wishes
to drive a G540, the easiest way is the USB->DB25 convertor I mentioned today in the
Auggie thread (PoKeys57-DB) which will allow an instant conversion of a G540 Mach3 driven machine
to Auggie and Mach3/4 under USB at 115Khz.

Thx

yes you are correct art, the G540 is a good to go with Auggie if you let it set its self and read the instructions. do you wont me to do a write up at the end on how it is all connected, I have been doing my Charity work so have not been back at it yet

Anytime Dan, more info in better than less. :)

One last note though, we tested a PokeysDB25 this week, and Auggie failed to run it
and crashed, we did find the problem though and next version will run fine.

Thx to YaNvrNo ( db25 serial #7 or so.. lol ), for his db25 testing.
