Another clock

Post by Dan Mauch »

This piece was somewhat difficult because of all the tight curves. The yellow inserts were also a bit difficult because they are so small and again the many close curves that thin out the parts that hold them together. I just need the clock hand to finish it.

Thanks. Indeed  having the kerf cals down is the key. But what really helps is also that after  designing the first section then making 11 exact copies for the array to fill the pattern makes it easier so that all the inlays are then identical after the offset for the kerf is applied.
