I am having trouble with non-circular gears in 3.02 Is it just me or have things gone funny

Hi John:
Just tested mine, seems ok here. Nothing was changed in that section, but
I will look deeper. Does this happen as well on 2 order #1 gears, any hints as to when it occurs?
