circular gear tooth count

it seems that both the wheel and pinion  teeth number up down tabs now only increase the tooth count , once the tens digit has changed
"circular gears" selected

  I cannot repeat that one here, the tabs seem to increase and decrease OK here. Anyone else seen
this problem?

Can't duplicate that here either using Ver 2.00.. However does appear slower than usual for what ever reason..

after restarting pc I can't reproduce the fault either , I'll call it an undocumented windows feature
