BOXING PLATES LIMTED TO 1 INCH OR GREATER

Post by HWBerlemann »

AUTO TRAIN provided me with a transmission; and I managed, with most patient help from Art, to link thing as I wanted them. Then I attempted to create a front and back plates one quarter of inch thick using BOXING. BOXING would no let me enter a MATERIAL THICKNESS less than 1 inch.  I was trying to enter .25 as the MATERIAL THICKNESS value and I could not proceed past the decimal point. So, what don?t I understand? Setting; UNITS is INCH.

Hi:

Sorry about that, Ill fix up that box, its a bit tempermental, enter 0.25 and youll get .25 as a result.
In some types of edit boxes Microsoft sees an entry of a period as an error, you need the zero first..

Note:

Fixed for next update so the entry of a decimal point doesnt trigger an error.
