The 3D head is invisivle

The head to indicate the direction of the 3D is invisible. Where do I can be set to visible?
Although it has been displayed for a while,I didn't find the head when I launch GM today.

Can you please check your Gearotic Motion folder and see if  " compass.stl" is available.
