Ability to remove specific teeth from circular gear

I have requested this before in the wrong place, but I would like to request this in the proper forum location to get on the list.

I am working on small watch gear trains (under 40mm) and want to make perpetual geartrains that require me to remove individual teeth off of circular gears, It would help me "program the watches" all in one application.

This is just a hobby for me, so I'll be patiently waiting
